GRAPHIC-AL^TM HP is a flat and rigid aluminum composite material (acm) coated with a high performance polyester paint. Combined with this high performance polyester coating, GRAPHIC-AL^TM HP is an ideal aluminum composite material for outdoor canopies and fascia signs for corporate identity applications and retail shops. GRAPHIC-AL^TM HP has a special 10-year coating warranty.

High performance polyester coating: GRAPHIC-AL^TM HP has a consistent paint finish of high performance polyester coating with a special 10-year coating warranty.
Excellent flatness: because of its continuous laminating process, GRAPHIC-AL^TM HP is a flat panel without any buckles, edge waves and overall warping.
High rigidity and lightweight: GRAPHIC-AL^TM HP offers high rigidity able to withstand outdoor wind load conditions in a lightweight material. It is equivalent to 2.2mm thick aluminum and only weighs 0.76psf.
Workability: GRAPHIC-AL^TM HP is easy to cut, groove, bend and assemble with regular machines and tools widely used in the sign industry.

Material Composition

GRAPHIC-AL™ HP is composed of two skins of 0.01” thick aluminum and a polyethylene core. The topside is a high performance polyester coating produced in a coil coating line and is covered with a transparent protective film.

The panel weight is almost equivalent to 1.4mm thick aluminum sheet. The thermal expansion is almost equivalent to an aluminum sheet.
