GRAPHIC-AL^TM LT offers exceptional workability, durability and virtually unlimited options to designers and fabricators of POP, free-standing displays, kiosks, interior and exterior signage, billboards and more. It is a versatile and reversible aluminum composite material that offers an excellent flatness, high rigidity and lightness of weight in a variety of colors.

Benefits

Excellent flatness: Because of its continuous laminating process, GRAPHIC-AL^TM LT is a flat panel without buckles, edge waves and overall warping.
Continuous color: GRAPHIC-AL^TM LT has a paint finish with consistent color produced in our continuous coil coating line.
High rigidity: GRAPHIC-AL^TM LT offers high rigidity in a lightweight material. It is equivalent to 2.2mm thick aluminum sheets and 6.3mm thick acrylic sheets in rigidity.
Lightweight: GRAPHIC-AL^TM LT 3mm is only 0.76psf which is equivalent to 1.4mm aluminum sheets and 3.1mm acrylic sheets.
Workability: GRAPHIC-AL^TM HP is easy to cut, groove, bend and assemble with regular machines and tools widely used in the sign industry.

Material Composition

GRAPHIC-AL^TM LT is composed of two skins of 0.010" thick aluminum and polyethylene core. Both top and back surfaces are polyester coatings produced in our continuous coil coating line. Both sides are covered with transparent protective film.

GRAPHIC-AL^TM LT is supplied with cut edges.
There is neither displacement of the aluminum sheet nor protrusion of the
core.

Characteristics

Properties
The panel weight is almost equivalent to 1.4mm thick aluminum sheet. The thermal expansion is almost equivalent to an aluminum sheet.
